The AzCDL Foundation has been established to promote and facilitate the responsible exercise of the right to keep and bear arms

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution states that:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Article II, Section 26 of the Arizona Constitution states that:
The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the state shall not be impaired.

The mission of the AzCDL Foundation is to encourage the responsible exercise of the right to keep and bear arms by:
  • Promoting firearms safety, training, practice, and skill at arms
  • Facilitating access to firearms training opportunities, and
  • Raising awareness of the constitutional and legal aspects of firearms possession, safety and use
